The Platforms & Alliances pillar is where The Registry will map out the organizations that are shaping agentic commerce in practice:

• Commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Payments, logistics, and infrastructure providers
• Standards bodies, alliances, and foundations
• Open-source projects and ecosystems

We will use this space to maintain a neutral, commerce-focused view of how different actors participate in and support emerging agentic standards.

What this page will include later

In its finished form, this section is likely to contain:

• Short profiles of major platforms and alliances
• Notes about their participation in protocols and projects
  (for example, involvement with ACP, ACK, AP2, MCP, AGENTS.md, goose or other standards)
• Links to case studies and field notes showing real implementations
• Indications of how each actor maps into the ACRI™ readiness model

Why this placeholder is here now

For the moment, this page exists to:

• Anchor the platforms-and-alliances pillar tag
• Enable testing of navigation, “Ecosystem” dropdowns, and tag layouts
• Provide a safe, honest placeholder that does not yet attempt to catalog every actor

As the ecosystem map solidifies, this placeholder will be replaced with real listings and comparisons.
